SHIPMENT AND SHIPPING

Extra-EU orders may be subject to VAT, Import Customs Duties or other taxes specific to each country, to be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the country of destination.

Trends sends the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier, making it necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 2-3 working days. Rest of the world: 3-5 working days.

Trends will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to cidaliafreitas2011@hotmail.com informing us of what happened. After this period, Trends cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Delivery is considered carried out with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 10th.
