TROCAS AND RETURNS

The User may return the ordered product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) keep their original features and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order via email cidaliafreitas2011@hotmail.com indicating the item(s) he wants to return, as well as the order number.

The return cost is borne by the customer. Please note that, if your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Trends will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, Trends will not reimburse expenses related to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order, nor customs fees.

Once the returned product has been received, Trends will analyze and confirm its state of conservation and, when applicable, will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, free of charge for the user.

In cases of exchanges, your refund may be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible later returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months.

If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund using the same payment method.

If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Trends reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse refunds.

In cases of defect or non-compliance of the ordered products, Trends is responsible for collecting the item(s) from an address chosen by the user. Please note, collections are only accepted from the original shipping country of the respective order, excluding islands.
